School's Mission Statement

1) To provide high quality early childhood education, preschool and culturally appropriate programs and projects in as much a family setting as possible.

2) To involve parents actively in an UN-patronizing way, in the life of the school.

3) To improve the quality of life for children and their families.

4) To provide an environment that fosters individual worth as well as collective responsibility.

This African-American philosophy promotes the following seven principles or values on which the school operates: Unity, self-determination, collective work and responsibility, cooperative economics, purpose, creativity and faith.
